And then we found out the reception desk was not the problem.
Entrifie began with a visitor book. Somebody was made to wait at a reception desk while a receptionist wrote their name into a register that could not be searched, could not tell the host they had arrived, and could not answer a question about that day six months later.
Building the fix taught us the register was not the problem. The problem was that every record an Indian company is required to keep works the same way: a spreadsheet, a person who remembers, and a scramble when somebody official asks. The visitor book, the compliance file, the expense inbox, the order pad, the appraisal form. Each one owned by a different person, none of them agreeing with the others.
So we built the other five. Not as a suite to sell, but because the answers only become useful when they are in the same system. What you sold and what you spent are two files until they are one, and then they are a margin. Who was on site and whether their licence was valid are two questions until they are one, and then they are an answer for the inspector.
We build for Indian companies specifically, and that shows up in the parts nobody demos: Tally exports, GST, the MSMED payment clock, POSH, statutory registers, BRSR, the DPDP Act. Software written elsewhere treats these as localisation. Here they are the job.
Four rules. They are the reason some things are missing from this website.
Anything that changes state writes an audit entry. A system whose history can be edited quietly is not a record, it is a rumour with a database behind it.
We do not describe features we have not shipped. Where something is not built or not live, the product says so plainly rather than implying it.
A company that wants one service gets one service, with no platform tax and no half-empty dashboard. The rest are there when they are useful, not before.
Your records are stored in India (Mumbai), uploaded files are currently in Google's Asia multi-region and we are moving them, you set the retention controls, and we do not sell any of it to anybody.
