These terms govern your use of entrifie.com and its pages. They are a contract between you and ENTRIFIE TECHNOLOGIES LLP (LLPIN ADA-8634), a limited liability partnership registered in India at Panvel, Navi Mumbai, District Raigad, Maharashtra.
Our full registered-office address as recorded with the Registrar of Companies is available on the public MCA register at mca.gov.in against LLPIN ADA-8634.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Scope of these terms
2. What this website is
This website describes the Entrifie product. It lets you read about what we have built, leave your email address to be told when we open, and send us a message.
Everything on this site is provided for information. Descriptions of features are descriptions of what the product does today or is intended to do – they are not a promise, a warranty, or an offer capable of acceptance.
3. What you may do
You may read, browse and share this site freely. You may quote from it with attribution.
4. What you may not do
You may not:
- Use automated means to submit our forms, or submit anything you know to be false or misleading
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, or probe, scan or test their security
- Interfere with the site’s operation, or place an unreasonable load on it
- Scrape, crawl or systematically extract the content of this site, or reproduce a substantial part of it, other than as permitted by applicable law
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software made available through this site, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits
- Use the content of this site for commercial purposes without our written permission
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes anyone else’s rights
Nothing in this clause restricts any right you have under applicable law, including fair dealing.
We may restrict or block access if you do any of these.
5. Our intellectual property
The name Entrifie, our logo, the design of this site, and the software behind it belong to ENTRIFIE TECHNOLOGIES LLP. Nothing on this site transfers any of that to you.
6. What you send us
If you send us a message, an idea or a suggestion, we may use it without obligation to you and without payment. Please do not send us anything confidential through the contact form.
We handle personal data you send us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
We try to keep the site available, but we do not promise it will be. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice. We are not liable to you for any of that.
8. Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate, and we do not knowingly publish anything untrue. But information here may become out of date, and we do not warrant that it is complete or current.
9. Third-party links
Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including loss of profit, business, goodwill or data.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to clause 12, the competent courts at Panvel, District Raigad, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.
12. Dispute resolution
Before commencing proceedings, you agree to raise the dispute with us in writing at support@entrifie.com and to allow us thirty (30) days to attempt to resolve it. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any loss, claim, demand or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of clause 4, or from your unlawful use of this website. This clause is limited to your use of this website and does not extend to any subscription to the Entrifie product, which is governed by the Customer Agreement. It survives your ceasing to use the site.
14. General
Severability. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder shall continue in full force.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a right under these terms, that is not a waiver of it and does not prevent us enforcing it later.
Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this website, and supersede anything said or published earlier about it.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms. We may assign ours to a successor of our business, on notice published on this site.
No partnership or agency. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between you and us.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by an event beyond our reasonable control.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies. We will update the “last updated” date when we change them.
