Who is on our site right now?

Know who is on site, and be able to prove it later.

Visitors check themselves in from a QR code, the host is notified by email, and every arrival is written to an audit trail you can export. Runs in a browser on the tablet or laptop you already have.

Get startedAll six services

You can take this service on its own. There is no bundle to buy first, and a company with one service sees one service, not a half-empty platform.

The problem

A paper register cannot be searched, cannot alert anyone, and cannot answer a compliance question about a specific date. It is not a system. It is evidence that you had visitors.

Inside Visitor Management

What it actually does.

Every item below is shipped and running in production today. Where something is not built, it is not on this page.

Self check-in by QR

Visitors scan at reception and enter their details on their own phone. Returning visitors are recognised and auto-filled.

Identity confirmed by OTP

A one-time code verifies the phone number before a pass is issued.

Branded digital passes

Your logo and brand colour on every pass, with a unique pass ID and a QR code the gate can verify.

Host alerts by email

The host is told who arrived, from where, and why, and can accept or decline.

Pre-registration and bulk invites

Invite before the visit, import a guest list by CSV, and send a calendar invite on confirmation.

Contractors, deliveries and auditors

Separate flows for contract staff, delivery drivers and visiting auditors, not one visitor type stretched to cover all three.

Blacklist and security desk

A dedicated security screen and a watchlist that is checked at check-in rather than remembered by a guard.

Analytics and export

Visit trends, peak hours, top hosts and purpose breakdown, filterable by date and exportable as CSV.

Multi-location

Every office, factory and park under one account, with separate logs per site and a shared employee directory.

Retention and audit export

Set how long visitor records are kept, and export a date range of the audit log for a compliance review.

Contract labour compliance

A contractor registry with licence and cover dates, a principal-employer view of who is compliant, and the contract-labour statutory registers, held per site.

Material and vehicle gate movement

Goods, vehicles and couriers recorded in and out at the gate, with returnable items tracked until they come back.

Work permits, zones and safety registers

Permit to work with a configurable approval step, zone access allowed or denied at the point a guard checks it, and the injury, first-aid and welfare registers.

Register engine and statutory export

One configurable register engine behind every register view, a consolidated Factories Act export, and a plant analytics board built from the same records.

When you hold two

Add Compliance and the same arrival record can also answer whether that contractor's licence was valid on the day they were on site.
